Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with any of the items you have purchased, offers a free 60 day return policy.  You must receive a Return Authorization Number from one of our representatives prior to returning any items by emailing us for Return Authorization.  You must fill out the Return Authorization Form and include it with your items, along with your original packing slip.  All items must be unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Upon receipt of your items, a refund will be issued to your credit card or Google Checkout.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you have received an incorrect order, you must notify us within 2 business days of receipt.  Please Email us . After 2 business days, will no longer be responsible for replacing said items.  All items returned must be unused and unopened if they are to be refunded or exchanged. 

If your package arrives damaged, you should refuse the delivery from the carrier.  If you accept a damaged package, you must notify us within 2 business days so that we may file a claim with the carrier and they will inspect the merchandise.  Failure to notify us in the appropriate time window will result in our standard return policy being honored.
